I can't believe Skylar is 5 months old already, it just blows my mind how quickly time flies by! Our tiny infant has grown in to a chubby baby. Developmentally there have been so many changes, even from last month. Skylar has started to grab at toys when they are put in front of her (of course everything goes into her mouth!) She also starting rolling from her back to her front & now prefers to sleep on her belly. Her head control continues to improve & although she is not sitting yet, she doesn't require much support.
Skylar had her 5 month check up this week, I am proud to report she is just shy of 15 lbs & 25 inches, this puts her in the 40% in weight & 60% for height, I'd say she's about caught up!
It's been a busy few weeks, Erin's been swamped with work & Dave has been busy training for the "Rock n Roll" Las Vegas Marathon he is running in the first week of December. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving & spending time with family & friends, afterall, we have so many blessings to be thankful for.
