2 Months!

We can hardly believe our Charleigh is already 2 months old! After a fussy newborn stage, our Charleigh has become a happy, smiley, and content baby girl. Charleigh is definately a "mommy's girl', which is nice for Mommy because Skylar has always been a "daddy's girl". She is predictable during the day, eats when she's suppose to, sleeps when she's suppose to & smiles ALL the time. Night time is a different story, she's not a great sleeper....but I have to place blame on me (Mommy) because I just love holding her so much.
When you have a second child, you wonder if you will love them as much as the first, and somehow your heart grows bigger & you love harder for both of your children. Maybe it's because I know Charleigh's my last baby, but I don't mind waking with her in the middle of the night as much as I did with Skylar... I want her to stay small, I am trying to savor every moment....because now I know how fast they grow.
At Charleigh's 2 month appointment she measured in at 11lbs, 8oz, and 22 & 3/4 tall, which puts her in the 75-90 percentile for weight and 50-75 percentile for height. Her noggin is big (as can be expected from her Merrill genes) 39 cm, in the 75-90th percentile.
