Skylar Turns 5!

I can't believe she's 5...I can't believe she's 5! I must have said it 100 times. Our sweet Skylar is 5! Skylar loves to make silly faces and laugh, she loves the movie Frozen, school, to cuddle before bed, and sweets. She loves to ride her bike and her favorite past time is playing outdoors with the neighbors.  She's an adventurer and if she sees another kid trying something, she'll do it without hesitation. Skylar is an amazing big sister and is always including and sharing with her sister. Skylar is ultra excited to be starting Kindergarten this year and can't wait for summer to be over.  As for Mommy...Honestly, I've kinda been dreading the girls birthdays this year. I feel like I blinked and all the sudden they are so grown up, it's been a total reality check on how quickly life passes us by. But as they get older things get a little easier, more time for fun, less naps, less tantrums, no more diapers, more family vacations we can all appreciate! As for Skylar, there's no one more ready to be grown up than her, she's ready to be 5, she's ready for kindergarten, she's ready to be more independent.  So instead of dwelling on the past, we will celebrate and embrace you Skylar, Skylar who's now 5 years old...it's going to be an amazing year, and we're so proud of the little girl you've become!
At 5 Skylar weighs 44 lbs and is 3ft, 8in. This puts her in the 70% for weight and 75% for weight.
